Pastor Wright has been a positive influence to my wife and me not only as a Pastor of a growing church, but in my personal walk with God. He has gone above and beyond the call in my opinion in being a Mentor and an outstanding example of a righteous man. Psalm 37:30 says, “The mouth of the righteous man utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks what is just.” I can honestly say Pastor Wright has lived according to this; he has shared wisdom from his experiences that I know has prevented me from taking a wrong step at the wrong time. Two important factors that Pastor Wright has reminded me of are:

When God called me as a Pastor, I prayed that He would cross my path with a life-long Mentor whose steps were ordered of God…that prayer has been answered. I would recommend Pastor Wright for any church or Pastor in need of Godly direction or leadership assistance. I continue to pray and plant seeds in the ministry of Pastor Wright for it is “good soil”, and I know he is doing the same for us.

As a pastor of a small church, I needed help! And, in the early part of 1998, our church’s God-given motto was “Don’t Wait In ‘98” and I felt that I had to get our church to the next level. I, then, later heard of Wright Way Ministries. I poured my heart out to Dr. Wright in three pages, he responded and came. We haven’t been the same since! His ministry was what we needed! His passionate spirit is inspirational. His presentation of pertinent, cutting-edge information is first class. His spirit-led know-how is exceptional. What strikes me most is a man of his caliber and accomplishments having a heart to help SMALL churches grow. This is a true servant’s heart. Words cannot express, nor will space permit, how we have been fortified and directed. I have found Dr. Wright’s application of Bible truths revelatory and well-rounded, whether in preaching or teaching. Our connection to Pastor Wright and the Wright Way team over the years has ushered us closer and closer towards fulfilling our destiny. Had it not been for Wright Way Ministries, we think, “Where would we be?” All praise and thanks to our Father for preparing this willing vessel. I’m glad we didn’t wait in ’98!

Wright Way Ministries and Pastor James Wright have been a blessing to Jewel City Church. Our church began in an old Chevrolet building with just a handful of people. As we began to grow, we sought help in learning how to increase and to minister to the community. Pastor Wright came and spoke and ministered to us and shared about how his church started out in a living room with just a small group of people. He was informative, constructive and very challenging to our congregation. He encouraged us and mentored us through the formative years of our church. Now we have grown into a congregation of approximately 600 people in 10 years and more and more are coming to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Thank You, Pastor Wright! Three words can be used to describe Rev. James Wright. Courageous, concrete, and connected. Courageous, because he is not reluctant to boldly proclaim that which the Lord puts on his heart. Concrete, because the spiritual knowledge that he dispenses is solid, truthful and trustworthy. Connected, because James Wright does not speak his own words or speak to please itching ears but it is clear to all that the Holy Spirit dwells in him and speaks through him.
Our congregation was tremendously blessed by the ministry of Pastor Wright, the praise team and the accompanying group for four days of special services in January of 2003. Hearts were renewed and souls were saved.
We recommend Pastor Wright as a man of God for this hour and look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with him and Wright Way Ministries.
